The Second Section of the Chamber for Administrative Disputes in the High Court has rejected the appeal presented by the Pakistani citizen based in Spain, Imran Firasat, who filed a petition for the quashing on a precautionary basis of the Ministry of Interior's decision to withdraw his refugee status for jeopardising national security by recording a video offensive to Muslims, Europa Press has learned from legal sources.
These same sources made clear that once the appeal for quashing on a precautionary basis has been rejected, the court will still have to decide on the substance of the question, which could happen within the next few weeks or months.
